BTC Markets BNB Giveaway

BTC Markets is giving our community the opportunity to participate in a special social media giveaway.

Participants are invited to take part by engaging with the official promotion post. Five winners will be randomly selected and will each receive AU$100 worth of BNB, deposited into their BTC Markets account.

Terms & Conditions

WHAT’S THE PROMOTION?

1.1 The BTC Markets BNB Giveaway promotion is conducted by BTC Markets Pty Ltd ACN 164 093 887 ("BTC Markets", "we", "our") in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.2 Subject to complying with the eligibility conditions, you will be eligible to enter the promotion, which will comprise AU$100 worth of BNB for five (5) successful winners (promotion offer). The total value of the prize pool is approximately AU$500 (value as of 12:00 PM AEST on July 8, 2026).

1.3 Five (5) winners will each receive AU$100 worth of BNB, with a total prize pool of AU$500 worth of BNB.

1.4 The promotion period runs from July 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM AEST to July 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM AEST, unless otherwise extended or shortened at BTC Markets' sole discretion.

1.5 By entering the promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Do not participate if you do not agree to these terms.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

2.1 To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
(a) be at least 18 years old and ordinarily reside in Australia
(b) be our customer and hold an active BTC Markets account
(c) act in good faith and not breach any applicable laws
(d) comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant social media platform
(e) comply with any other promotional requirements stated at https://www.btcmarkets.net/

(f) comply with the Terms of Service of your BTC Markets account

2.2 The promotion will only apply to those who:

• visit BTC Markets’ official social media promotion post
• follow BTC Markets on X and Facebook
• repost the promotion post publicly
• tag two (2) friends in the comments of the promotion post
• submit a comment containing the correct answer to the promotional question stated in the post
• enter using a public personal social media account (not private), to allow for winner contact and verification
• only entries with the correct answer will be considered eligible for winner selection

2.3 Only one entry per person per social media account is allowed.

2.4 We reserve the right to disqualify any entry if we believe you have:
(a) engaged in any fraud or abuse of the promotion
(b) breached any of our standard terms and conditions

Disqualification can occur at any time, even after entry or notification.

2.5 Winners will be selected according to clause 4 below.

2.6 If you are selected as a winner:
(a) We will contact you via direct message on the relevant platform. You must respond and claim your prize within 7 days of being contacted
(b) You may be required to verify your eligibility, BTC Markets account, or identity

2.7 BTC Markets is not liable for any delay, technical issues, or loss associated with the prize or this promotion.

GENERAL INFORMATION

3.1 These terms and conditions apply in addition to BTC Markets’ Terms of Service.

3.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

3.3 We may update these terms or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. Continued entry after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

3.4 Prizes are non-transferable.

3.5 If any term is deemed invalid, it does not affect the remaining terms.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

4.1 Five (5) winners will each receive AU$100 worth of BNB. The total value of each prize is calculated as of 12:00 PM AEST on July 8, 2026.

4.2 Winners will be selected as follows:

(a) Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries that meet the participation requirements and provide the correct answer to the promotional question.

(b) Winners will be determined on July 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM AEST.

4.3 BTC Markets BNB Giveaway prizes will be deposited into each winner's BTC Markets trading account within 14 days of winner confirmation.

4.4 The winners' social media handles will be published at https://www.btcmarkets.net/blog on July 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM AEST.

4.5 Winners must accept the prize by July 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM AEST, or the prize will be forfeited.
