MNT LISTING: PRICE GUESS CHALLENGE – PROMOTION T&Cs

1. WHAT’S THE PROMOTION?

1.1 The MNT Listing: Price Guess Challenge (promotion) is conducted by BTC Markets Pty Ltd ACN 164 093 887 (BTC Markets, we, us, our) in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.2 Subject to complying with the eligibility conditions, you will be eligible to enter the promotion by submitting a guess of the Mantle (MNT) price in AUD at exactly 12:00 PM AEDT on 23 February 2026, as recorded on the BTC Markets exchange (promotion offer).

1.3 The five (5) closest guesses to the actual MNT/AUD price at the specified time will each receive AU$100 worth of MNT, for a total prize pool of AU$500 in MNT, calculated using the BTC Markets MNT/AUD price at exactly 12:00 PM AEDT on 23 February 2026 (value determination time). The quantity of MNT awarded to each winner will be determined based on this recorded price.

1.4 The promotion will commence on 11 February 2026 at 11:59 AM AEDT and end on 23 February 2026 at 11:59 AM AEDT (promotion period). We may amend the promotion period at our absolute discretion.

1.5 By entering the promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

2.1 To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:

(a) be at least 18 years old and ordinarily reside in Australia;
(b) hold an active BTC Markets account;
(c) submit your guess through BTC Markets’ official promotion post on the designated BTC Markets social media channels during the promotion period;
(d) act in good faith and not breach any applicable laws;
(e) comply with the terms and conditions of any social media platforms in which the promotion is published or distributed; and
(f) comply with any other conditions we may prescribe in relation to the promotion.

2.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

2.3 If we believe you have engaged in fraud, deception, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage, we may in our absolute discretion refuse to accept or remove your entry.

2.4 If you are selected as a winner:

(a) we will contact you using the social media account used for entry and/or via the credentials associated with your BTC Markets account;
(b) you must claim the prize within five (5) days of notification (or such other period we nominate); and
(c) you may be required to provide proof of eligibility.

2.5 If you do not comply with clause 2.4, we may withdraw the prize without further notice.

3. GENERAL INFORMATION

3.1 These terms and conditions apply in addition to our general Terms of Service, available at www.btcmarkets.net.

3.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

3.3 We may amend these terms and conditions or cease offering the promotion at any time at our absolute discretion without providing notice. Continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.

3.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.5 If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

4.1 Five (5) winners will be selected based on the entries that are closest to the official BTC Markets MNT/AUD price at 12:00 PM AEDT on 23 February 2026.

4.2 If multiple guesses are equally close to the final price, the entry submitted earliest during the promotion period will be selected.

4.3 Winners will be notified via direct message and/or email within a reasonable period following the promotion close.

4.4 The winners’ social media handles may be published at https://www.btcmarkets.net/blog and on BTC Markets’ official social media channels following confirmation.

4.5 The prize, consisting of AU$100 worth of MNT, will be deposited into each confirmed winner’s BTC Markets account within 14 days of confirmation.

4.6 BTC Markets will not be liable for any delay or failure in providing a prize where such delay arises due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
