New mobile app release: profit & loss feature

We're excited to announce that the first iteration of our profit/loss feature is now available in the latest version of the mobile app.

This latest portfolio feature enables you to:

  • View current unrealised profit/loss for specific assets and your entire portfolio;
  • Track your profit/loss over time using the performance charts;
  • Understand your historical cost basis and holdings value to see how your profit/loss has changed; and
  • Hide/show 0 asset balances (previously held assets) in portfolio holdings.

Update your mobile app version or download the mobile app now from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Note: This latest version will only be available to iOS users with devices running iOS 17 or above. Please see our help article: Who can use the mobile app for more information.

What else is new in this latest release?

  • Improvements to the design and user experience of fiat and crypto withdrawals;
  • Improved customer feedback features (unintrusive experience prompts and a simple native feedback form);
  • Enhancements to UI/UX and overall app performance;
  • Improved maintenance status handling; and
  • Minor bug fixes.

What's coming next for the mobile app?

There are always tons of exciting features and enhancements being added to our mobile roadmap.

Some of the features currently being worked/considered include:

  • Enhancements to the trading feature;
  • Transaction push-notifications; and
  • Price alerts.

We aim to build this mobile app with our customer's needs in mind. If there's anything that you want to see in the mobile app, please let us know via the "Provide feedback" button on the account screen of the app, or our web mobile app feedback form.

If you love using our app, please take a moment to let others know about your experience via the App Store or Google Play Store.
