Scam alert: Beware of fake reward emails

We want to alert all BTC Markets users about a scam email currently circulating, which falsely claims you have won an exclusive reward - namely, a certain amount of Bitcoin (BTC) and AUD$ - and urges you to click on a link to claim it.

This is a scam! Do NOT click on any links, reply to the email, or enter any personal or account information.

Scammers use these tactics to steal your login credentials and funds. If you receive such an email:

• Do not click or open any links or attachments
• Do not provide your login details
• Report the scam email by forwarding it to our support team via the link on our website
