BTC MARKETS – TRADING FEE PROMOTION T&Cs

1. WHAT’S THE PROMOTION?

1.1 The BTC Markets Trading Fee Promotion is conducted by BTC Markets Pty Ltd ACN 164 093 887 (BTC Markets or we) in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.2 The promotion enables selected participants to trade AUD quoted pairs on the BTC Markets platform with $0 trading fees, subject to a trading volume cap, for the duration of the Promotion Period (Fee Promotion).

1.3 The promotion commences on 8 July 2026 (Commencement Date), and ends 3 months after the Commencement Date, or such other date as determined by BTC Markets at its absolute discretion (Promotion Period).

1.4 By participating in the promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. You must not participate in the promotion if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

2.1 In order to be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must:
(a) have been selected by BTC Markets, at its absolute discretion, to participate in the promotion and have received a written invitation from BTC Markets confirming your selection;
(b) be at least 18 years old and ordinarily reside in Australia;
(c) hold an active account with BTC Markets;
(d) act in good faith and not breach any applicable laws;
(e) comply with these promotion terms and BTC Markets’ Terms of Use, available at www.btcmarkets.net.

2.2 Only persons who have been selected by BTC Markets and who complete all eligibility steps above will be eligible to access the Fee Promotion.

2.3 BTC Markets may select participants in its absolute discretion and is not required to provide reasons for its selection or non-selection of any person.

3. FEE PROMOTION DETAILS: $0 TRADING FEES

If you meet the eligibility conditions above, then you will receive $0 trading fees across all AUD quoted trading pairs offered on any BTC Markets platform during the Promotion Period, subject to the Volume Cap.
3.1 For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion will apply to a trade which is:
(a) an AUD quoted trading pair;
(b) duly submitted on any BTC Markets platform during the Promotion Period; and
(c) subsequently executed (whether partially or fully) on the platform, regardless of whether execution occurs during or after the Promotion Period,
and will be subject to these promotion terms.

3.2 The $0 trading fees will apply to your trading activity up to a maximum trading volume of $300,000 (AUD) for the Promotion Period (Volume Cap).

3.3 For the purposes of calculating the Volume Cap:
(a) trading volume is determined by reference to the total volume of eligible trades executed by you across any BTC Markets platform during the Promotion Period;
(b) the volume of each eligible trade is calculated as the executed price multiplied by the executed quantity of that trade (Trade Value);
(c) both buy and sell transactions in respect of eligible trades are included in the calculation of trading volume.

3.4 Once your cumulative trading volume for the Promotion Period exceeds the Volume Cap, standard trading fees will apply to all subsequent trades. If, at the time a trade is placed, your cumulative trading volume of eligible trades executed during the Promotion Period is less than the Volume Cap, the $0 trading fee will apply to that trade in full, even if the Trade Value of that trade causes your cumulative volume to exceed the Volume Cap.

3.5 The Volume Cap applies to your total cumulative trading volume across the entire Promotion Period and does not reset.

3.6 Any determination by BTC Markets in relation to the Trade Value and Volume Cap is final and binding.

3.7 Your trading fees on all eligible trades will revert to the standard trading fees applicable to your trading tier once the Volume Cap has been exhausted, or for any trade submitted on any BTC Markets platform after the expiry of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first. Trading fees are regulated in accordance with the BTC Markets Terms of Use, available at www.btcmarkets.net.

3.8 The Fee Promotion is available only once per eligible participant and is not transferable.

3.9 The Fee Promotion is not available to non-AUD quoted trading pairs (i.e. crypto to crypto trading pairs).

4. GENERAL INFORMATION

4.1 These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Terms of Use, which are available at www.btcmarkets.net/terms-of-service.

4.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

4.3 We may amend these terms and conditions or cease offering the promotion at any time at our absolute discretion and without providing notice to you. Where we amend these terms and conditions, your entry (or continued entry) in any promotion will amount to acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.

4.4 You cannot transfer or assign your rights under these terms and conditions.

4.5 If any term is declared unlawful, void or unenforceable, that term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
