Deposit using PayID

BTC Markets offers several deposit methods to fund your account, including card payments, PayID (Osko), and bank transfer.

PayID is a free and instant deposit method. You can use PayID from any Australian bank account that supports Osko/NPP payments.

Important information:

1. We can only accept deposits from bank accounts in your name.

2. Check with your bank to confirm they support Osko or NPP. 

3. First time deposits may take 24 hours to clear, depending on your banks policy. Future payments should clear within an hour, 24/7. 

4. Deposits above your daily limit maybe delayed. 

PayID deposits via Simple Trade:

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account via the website. 

2. Click Simple Trade in the top navigation bar. 

3. Select Deposit cash in the left side bar. 

4. Choose PayID as your deposit method. 

5. You will be shown the PayID deposit details: 

• PayID email address: [email protected]
• Your unique reference number

6. Log into your banking app and make a PayID deposit to our address above. 

7. Include your unique reference number in the payment description/reference field. 

8. Submit the payment. 

Note: Your unique reference number must be included in the transaction as it is used to allocate the deposit into your BTC Markets account.

PayID deposits via the exchange:

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account via the website. 

2. Select Account in the top navigation bar. 

3. Click the Deposit option at the top of the Account screen. 

4. Select Osko from the Deposit AUD drop down menu. 

5. You will be shown the PayID deposit details: 

• PayID email address: [email protected]
• Your unique reference number

6. Log in to your banking app and make a PayID deposit to our address above. 

7. Include your unique reference number in the payment description/reference field.  

8. Submit the payment. 

Note: Your unique reference number must be included in the transaction as it is used to allocate the deposit into your BTC Markets account.

PayID deposits via the mobile app:

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account via the mobile app. 

2. Select Account in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. 

3. Tap the Deposit option under the Wallet section. 

4. Tap Australian Dollar from the asset selection list. 

5. Tap the Osko Deposit option. 

6. You will be shown the PayID deposit details: 

• PayID email address: [email protected]
• Your unique reference number

7. Log in to your banking app and make a PayID deposit to our address. 

8. Submit the payment. 

Note: Your unique reference number must be included in the transaction as it is used to allocate the deposit into your BTC Markets account.
