Olympic dream: Tori West to represent Australia at the 2024 Paris Olympics!

Tori's journey in the heptathlon, a gruelling event comprising seven track and field disciplines over two days, is nothing short of inspiring. The heptathlon includes the 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200m, long jump, javelin, and 800m. In 2024, Tori has achieved the highest score in Oceania and the highest by an Australian in 16 years.

Qualifying for the Olympics required Tori to be among the top 24 heptathletes in the world by June 30th. She secured her spot with a stellar performance at a major competition in Germany in June, ensuring her ranking met the qualification criteria.

Throughout her career, Tori has demonstrated remarkable tenacity and passion, mastering seven track and field disciplines and winning accolades such as the U18 Australian Javelin Champion and the 2020 Australian Champion.
