Deposit with your card

You can fund your BTC Markets account using multiple deposit methods, including card payments, PayID (Osko), and bank transfer.

Card deposit requirement: We currently accept funds from Australian-issued Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards only.

Card deposits via Simple Trade:

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account via the website. 

2. Navigate to the new platform by clicking Simple Trade in the top navigation bar. 

3. Select Deposit cash in the left side menu. 

4. Select the Credit/Debit Card option on screen. 

5. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Continue. 

6. Enter your card details.  

7. Review the deposit summary (including any associated fees) then click Deposit. 

8. Complete any verification step required by your card issuer. 

9. Once successfully submitted, a confirmation screen will appear.  

Card deposits via the exchange:

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account via the website. 

2. Select Account in the top navigation bar. 

3. Click the Deposit option. 

4. Select Card from the Deposit AUD options. 

5. Enter the deposit amount and click Continue. 

6. Enter your card details. 

7. Review the summary (including any fees) and click Confirm. 

8. Complete any verification step required by your card issuer.  

9. Once successfully submitted, a confirmation screen will appear.  

Card deposits via the mobile app:

1. Open the BTC Markets app and sign in. 

2. Select Account in the bottom navigation bar. 

3. Tap the Deposit option under the Wallet section. 

4. Choose Australian Dollar. 

5. Tap Card deposit. 

6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.  Note: Tap Deposit info to view your daily limit and minimum deposit requirements.

7. Review the amount, fee, and total, then tap Continue. 

8. Enter your card details or use Link or Apple Pay (iOS only) and tap Pay. 

9. Complete any verification step required by your card issuer. 

10. Once successfully submitted, a confirmation screen will appear.
