How to view Simple Trade history

If you have completed an order on Simple Trade, you can view your history on the new trading platform or on the exchange.

Simple Trade history via the new trading platform

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account via the website.

2. Click the Simple Trade in the top navigation bar.

3. Select Transactions in the left menu bar.

4. The Transactions screen will then show your trade history for Simple Trade with details for each trade:

• Asset - the asset bought or sold through Simple Trade
• Trade - the details of the trade that was placed (type of order, asset and dollar amount)
• Price - the price that the asset was bought or sold for
• Status - the status of the trade
• Date/time - a timestamp at which the trade took place
• Trade ID - a unique ID to help identify the trade with customer support

Note: For all other transactions, click the Exchange transactions tab.

Simple Trade history via the exchange

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account via the website. 

2. Select Account in the top navigation bar. 

3. Click the Transaction History option at the top of the Account screen. 

4. You can either view the transactions on this screen or export them to CSV.

5. Simple Trade transactions will appear as two transfers: 

• A funding transfer - the amount of cash or asset used in the trade
• A settlement transfer - the amount of cash or asset received from the trade

Both transfers will show the details of the trade in their description:

• Buy or Sell
• Amount of the asset bought or sold
• Price that the asset was bought or sold for
